Areas of Practice
Emelia assists the Managing Partner in various corporate matters and commercial contracts, including but not limited to Shareholders' Agreements, Sale and Purchase Agreements, Employment Contracts, Tenancy Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Events Agreements, Distributorship Agreements, Franchise Agreements and Settlement Agreements. Additionally, Emelia assists in reviewing the Constitutions of companies and societies, and attends Annual General Meetings together with the Managing Partner.

Apart from commercial and corporate work, Emelia also assists the Managing Partner with Intellectual Property work, including the registration of trademarks, and other non-litigious work, for example, drafting of Wills and Deed Polls, as well as the getting-up for the various lawyers in the firm.
