Areas of Practice
Yuen Leng's main areas of practice for the last 20 over years are in mergers and acquisitions (including share and asset acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, leveraged buy-outs), corporate re-organisations, private equity and venture capital, financing and security documentation, corporate governance and compliance for public listed companies and registered charities, commercial transaction documentation especially in relation to IT and professional services, agency and distribution and franchising.

Yuen Leng is also the "go-to" counsel for many foreign listed or multi-national corporations and foreign law firms on matters concerning in-bound investments and doing businesses in Singapore including on issues relating to personal data protection, employee remuneration and share schemes, environmental health and safety and labour relations.

Yuen Leng is a management committee member of SOSD, an animal welfare group which advocates the humane treatment of Singapore's street dogs and volunteers her services to SOSD as well as other charitable organisations that champion the cause of the marginalised and the needy.
