Areas of Practice
Amy started her legal career in 1979 with M/s Goh Poh & Partners (formerly known as Chan Goh & Company) and gained her conveyancing experience under the pupillage of Mr Goh Joon Seng (a retired High Court judge).

She left in 1981 to join M/s Hin Rai & Tan and whilst there assisted the Managing Partner Mr Hin to head the Conveyancing Department and represented major Developers in their development projects from the land acquisition and mortgage as well as clearance of squatters to the sale of their projects and for Banks in their financing of the projects. She also has wide experience in the retail market for the individual sale, purchase and mortgage of properties, including JTC properties and HUDC/HDB properties.

In 1991 she set up M/s Neo & Wong with its practice centered mainly on Banking, Conveyancing and Estates work. Subsequently in 2000 she rejoined M/s Goh Poh & Partners to oversee the Banking and Conveyancing work.

Amy now brings to our firm 40 years of Conveyancing experience and expertise in retail and corporate banking, mortgage financing, construction loan and leases for commercial and residential properties as well as other general areas of solicitor's work.
